How do you package large custom lighting fixtures?We use customized wooden crates + foam /bubble wrap /pearl cotton for fixed padding, with shockproof and anti-collision design; separate packaging for fragile parts like glass. We can arrange sea/air/road freight. Loading & fixing plans are confirmed in advance for oversize items.

Do you provide installation support for overseas projects?Yes. We provide detailed installation manuals, video tutorials, wiring diagrams, and remote online guidance. On-site installation engineers can also be arranged upon separate negotiation (including fees, visas and schedules).

What certifications can you provide?We can apply for common international certifications including CE, LVD, EMC, RoHS, UL, ETL, SAA,SASO etc., to meet EU, US, Australia and other regional market standards. Certification lead time will be quoted separately if needed.

How do you ensure product quality?
1. Pre-production check: confirm drawings, materials samples
2. In-line inspection: structure check, welding finish, wiring safety, light performance, aging test, high/low voltage testing
3. Final inspection: full appearance check, dimension verification, function testing before shipment

How long does OEM/ODM production take?
material sample prepare: 7–15 working days (depends on complexity)
Mass production: 35-45 working days after sample confirmation
Extra time: add shipping time and certification testing time if required

Can you manufacture lighting based on drawings or sketches?Yes, we can. We can work with sketches, 2D CAD drawings, renderings, reference photos and original samples. Our engineering team will review the structure, feasibility, manufacturing process and cost first, then confirm the details with you before formal development.

What materials can be used for custom lighting?We have a wide selection of materials for custom lighting: - Metals: stainless steel (304/316), aluminum, brass, copper, wrought iron, zinc alloy, with finishes like brushed, polished, powder coating, electroplating, antique and patina treatments

What is your MOQ for custom lighting?We support orders starting from 1 piece. However, there will be a significant price difference between single-piece/small-batch orders and large bulk orders, due to fixed tooling costs, manual processing and low production efficiency for small orders. We will quote clearly based on the actual quantity.

What information is required to start a custom lighting project?
Basic information: overall size, installation method, installation space, voltage & color temperature, wattage, dimming requirements, light effect requirements, color & surface finish, style reference pictures; Technical requirements: applicable scenario (indoor/outdoor, damp location etc.), IP rating, relevant local certification requirements, quantity, delivery schedule, budget range; Additional files: design sketches, 2D drawings, reference photos, renderings, or existing material sample details.
